Meridian was hired to build out a CareNow Urgent Care facility, a 4,060 SF outpatient clinic owned by HCA Healthcare (HCA), in Las Vegas, Nevada. Due to Meridian’s prior experience and success building CareNow facilities, and Meridian’s relationship with HCA, Meridian mobilized to go to Las Vegas for the project.

Meridian was tasked with providing services surrounding design, permitting, bidding, construction and lease milestones. Meridian quickly assembled a team using key vendors who had experience with CareNow which would help reduce the learning curve to get up to speed on the project. Meridian coordinated closely with HCA to get the project delivered quickly and cost effectively so CareNow could open for business on schedule.
