Antioch, CA

Meridian identified a 4.5 acre vacant parcel of land in a desirable area of Antioch, CA - located just two miles from Sutter Health Hospital and 3 miles from Kaiser Deer Valley, surrounded by a growing residential area. Meridian purchased the parcel with the goal of developing a large Class-A medical campus that would be condominiumized in order to give providers in the area the opportunity to purchase their own medical office spaces. After working through entitlements Meridan received approval to construct a four building medical campus totaling 52,104 SF and offering 260 parking stalls. The project was completed on time and on budget and successfully provided substantial opportunities for individual physicians to purchase an office to call home in close proximity to their and their patients’ residences. The campus is now home to a variety of providers, including dentists, orthodontists and dermatologists.
